Performance and Characteristics
This machine,with 2.2-3kw main motor only,is our energy-economy invention.It adopts cardioids cam to replace the former reciprocation shaft mechanism of Combination Winding Machine.Its guiding axle adopts GCr15 bearing steel and the guiding pushing-board is moved by the match beween linear rolling bearing and guiding axle.In this way,with rolling friction for the reciprocation movement ,the machine can achieve less abrasion ,stable movement and flat winding spindIe .Its overall length is greatly shortened by adopting 5 winding layers on both sides,which is good for matching with Plastic Tape Drawing Machine.
