Performance and Characteristics
Consisting of extrusion, stretching and winding unit ,this machine is designed and developed on the up-to-dated technology ,by HDPE,PP PET as its raw. The circle thread made from the machine are applicable for the manufacturing of ropes/cables, fishing nets, con struction safty nets sun shielding nest ,artificial hari, mosquito nets ,brushes ,as well as protective nets for the cotton fields.
The series of the machine have different spinnerets as60,80,100,120.160,180,with the thread ranging form 0.15 mm t0 0.35 mm The capacity of the machine is 15-60 kg/h. The machine si compacted in its tructure.ADC motor is used for stretching ,thus a synchronous speed regulation and a single speed regulaton cand be achieved to meet the different parameters.
The spinnerets are produced by the most advanced way ,so that the flatness and uniformity of the thread can ensured.
